Zero Spat™ PTS Protecta Shield Heavy Duty Dry Ceramic Coating provides up to 8 hours of protection in a single application, allowing for significantly longer production times and shorter downtimes. It adheres well to most surfaces where vertical welding is required, forming a non-oily, heat-hardening film.

PTS prevents weld spatter from sticking to weld nozzles, MIG/MAG equipment, and laser/plasma cutting tools – including the product itself being welded. It will not cause weld porosity, nor interfere with post-weld powder or paint coatings, and can be easily brushed or wiped away post-weld.

With a robust, residue-free, non-flammable formula, Zero Spat™ PTS offers excellent adhesion to all metal surrounds, including fixtures, fittings, and other welding equipment.
