Adjust your light to perfection with the RL20RB rechargeable headlamp. Featuring Variable Light Control technology, you can easily brighten or dim the light to suit any situation. It combines two independently controlled beams—Ultra View Flood Beam and BULLS-EYE™ Spot Beam—when combined delivering up to 1000 lumens, perfect for outdoor adventures, workshops, and on-site tasks. Independent controls on top offer additional red and green LED options for versatile lighting. The integrated COAST ZITHION™ rechargeable battery pack at the back includes a rear-facing safety signal in solid or flashing red with its own off/on switch. The rechargeable Plus power system comes with a booster battery pack that snaps into position on top of the integrated battery—allowing twice the run time (up to 33 hours) for long shifts or convenience in off-grid locations. For added convenience, the booster battery also has its own white LED to make it a light-duty grab-and-go flashlight. A battery life indicator ensures you know when to recharge via USB-C. Built from top-grade materials, the RL20RB is IP54 water and dust-resistant and comes with a lifetime warranty.

COAST ZITHION™ non-ported rechargeable batteries are built to charge from within your COAST light using a COAST charging system.

BATTERY CHARGING LEVEL INDICATOR

BUILT-IN USB-C PORT
With a built-in USB-C port, your battery can be charged using a USB-C cord. Some COAST models can be charged both inside or outside the light.

VARIABLE LIGHT CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
Easily adjust headlamp light output. COAST Variable Light Control Technology provides three ways to precisely regulate beam intensity.

TRI-COLOR BEAM
Versatility to meet broad needs. The Tri-Color Beam combines white, red, and green beams into a single device. High-powered LEDs deliver all-white light for general use, red light for anti-glare and signaling, and green light for tracking.

HINGED BEAM
Up, down, or straight ahead. All COAST headlamps feature a hinged, tilting head so that you can adjust the light’s direction and see right where you’re looking.

DUST PROOF
Take on any dirty work environment with this IP54 rated dust proof light.

WATER RESISTANCE
Don’t worry about the weather. COAST lights that have passed the IP54-level resistance tests are splash-resistant and built with durable materials that stand up to nature.

HARDHAT COMPATIBLE
Rugged enough for the outside of the hardhat. COAST headlamps with Hardhat Compatible design include clips for attaching the light to the hat.

LIGHT CONTROL WHEEL
Dial in your light output. COAST’s patent-pending variable light-control system puts you in control of your headlamp’s beam intensity, with a rotating sensor knob that detects a magnetic field inside the headlamp bezel.
