• Richmond’s Spring Loaded Gate Castors are designed to make opening and closing of residential gates easier. The spring-loaded design provides shock absorption features specifically for use on uneven surfaces. The gate mount is integrated into the frame of the castor for easy fixing to any gate system. S5024 has been designed for use on platform ladders that require maneuverability combined with locking under load.

• The S5024 by Richmond is a swivel frame castor and is fitted with a nylon wheel. This swivel castor is in our spring loaded gate range and has a maximum capacity of 20kg. The S5024 wheel is fitted with plain bearings. The swivel frame permits the load to be steered. The outside diameter of the nylon wheel is 125mm, the wheel width is 30mm and you can order separately (Part Number: NY5517).
