100% lockable Hard Moulded Double Base

Fully lockable version of our Double Base tool bag, with a hard HDPE moulded base.

External Dimensions: 480mm long x 270mm wide (includes pockets) x 280mm high
Internal Dimension: 480mm long x 200mm wide x 280mm high
Front Pockets: 250/230mm wide x 70mm deep x 210mm high

Features Include:

• Fully moulded wrap around hard HDPE base added to the bottom of the tool bag
• Moulded HDPE base gives extra reinforcing & protection to the bottom of your tool bag
• Heavy duty rubber carry handles at each side of the bag – easier to lift and reduces back injury
• Heavy duty YKK zips with lockable slides are included on the front lid and the front external pockets
• Zip slides have woven tags for easier opening & closing of the zips

• Front external pockets are 40mm up from the base of the tool bag to prevent wearing out on the bottom
• Extra reinforcing layer of vinyl at the base of the external front pockets for added protection against sharp and heavy tools
• Increased width on external front pockets, now 60mm allowing extra room for all your tools
• Extra 30mm depth in over-all bag – provides more storage room
• White Hi Vis reflective tape meets retroreflective requirements of ASNZS 1906.1 Class 1W (WZ) – welded (not stitched) to front flap
• Manufactured from heavy duty reinforced ripstop vinyl with anti fungal protection, is UV stabilised and FR treated. 
• Vinyl material is flame retardant tested to AS2755.2 1985, AS2001.2.3 tensile strength standard, WIN RIP AS2001.2.10 1986.
• The PVC used is free of BPA, lead & other heavy metals.
